EANGTI is fully committed to ensuring that all its business dealings are carried out in full compliance with applicable anti-trust legislation.
All members, employees, consultants and elected representatives/officials of EANGTI are under an obligation to conduct all business dealings in accordance with any applicable antitrust legislation.
Any members, employees, consultants or elected representatives/officials of EANGTI who by his/her conduct and/or business dealings intentionally or negligently breaches the applicable anti-trust legislation will be subject to investigation and/or disciplinary action. How infringements of anti-trust law are sanctioned depends on the legislation
applicable. In the unlikely event that a Member does not co-operate with the EANGTI in compliance with antitrust legislation, EANGTI may consider suspension or termination of the membership.
Association members, employees, consultants and elected representatives/officials are encouraged to report any possible infringement of antitrust legislation.
Transfer Of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Germany and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Germany and process it there.

EANGTI does not convey any rights to patents or other IP rights of third parties. The customer is obliged to obtain all necessary licences for IP rights of third parties for the use of EANGTI’s products in his or her business.
